Whole Wheat Bread Recipe

Will make about 3 loaves of whole wheat bread. 
Grind 12 cups or 3 quarts of wheat into flour. 
Put in a big mixing pan.


2 tbs yeast.  Raise with slightly warm water and honey. 
Mix this with flour and water and let rise before
adding to flour.  Maybe 1 hr.

12 cups flour             
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
1 tbs salt
5 cups water

Mix together and let rise.  When it has risen, mix it down twice. 
Put in 3 bread pans.  Let rise some again in pan.
Cook 35 minutes at 375.    Take out of oven, and while pretty hot,
dump loaves onto a cooling rack, until cool.
